Sponsorship Opportunities

Benefits to sponsors include:

• Literature for distribution in delegate bags
• Table top in the main area where delegates meet during registration , breaks etc.
• Free conference passes to man the stall and ticket to the conference dinner
• Logo and one paragraph of text on the conference web site and delegate handbook.

• Mentioned in conference publicity and email

Plus sponsors are welcome to publicise on your web site/blog/Twitter account that you are sponsoring the event.

Sponsorship monies will be used for a variety of items including the conference dinner, speaker travel, student bursaries etc.

• Bronze sponsorship: £1,000 + vat

Benefits: all of the above main benefits including 1 foc conference passes + 1 foc ticket to attend the conference dinner

• Silver sponsorship: £2,500 + vat

Benefits: all of the above main benefits including 2 foc conference passes + 2 foc tickets to attend the conference dinner + 1 page advert in event delegate A5 handbook

• Gold sponsorship: £4,000 + vat

Benefits: all of the above main benefits including 3 foc conference passes + 3 foc tickets to attend the conference dinner + 1 page advert in event delegate A5 handbook

• Platinum sponsorship: £5,000 + vat

Benefits: all of the above main benefits + 4 foc conference passes + 4 foc tickets to attend the conference dinner + 2 page advert (centre pages) in the event delegate A5 handbook

We also encourage sponsors to offer a talk, if one of their delegates will be a technical person who is interested in a topic from our call for papers, please email spring2015@flossuk.org to discuss both sponsorship and talks.
