Edinburgh is accessible by air from across the whole of the UK. Edinburgh Airport has routes from many cities in the UK, for example: Leeds/Bradford, Manchester, Nottingham, Birmingham, Norwich, all London airports, Southampton, Exeter, Newquay, Cardiff and Bristol. There are also routes to most major cities across Europe and even some direct to the USA. It is also relatively easy to fly to Glasgow Airport and then take a train or coach to Edinburgh.
Edinburgh airport is linked to the city centre by the excellent Airlink bus which takes 30 minutes. This runs 7 days a week throughout every day, the return price for an adult is currently £6.
Coach
For those on a tighter budget Edinburgh is served by various long-distance coach firms, for example: megabus and National Express.
