Important information for delegates

If you are a delegate you will have been sent an invoice which details exactly which parts you have booked for.

If you are ONLY attending the Puppet Camp on Friday then please skip to the end of this page.

Below is some important information that you should find helpful.

Venue

The venue advises that wireless access is available. You will be provided with relevant information when you register and collect your badge.

Tuesday 20th March - Just Enough Recursive Bootstrap Tutorial (Tutor: Brad Knowles)

Registration Registration for the tutorial will take place in the Atrium Cafe area from 09:15 - 09:45

At registration you will be given your badge and set of tutorial notes.

The tutorial will start at: 09:45 in Room G.07

The tutorial is expected to finish at approx: 17:00

Your badge will detail 'T' denoting your place at the Tutorial.

Tuesday evening social:

For those of you around on Tuesday evening we have a post-tutorial social at a nearby pub for drinks and food - this is an informal gathering - no need to book.

The post-tutorial social is kindly sponsored by Opengear.

Wednesday 21st March - Conference Day 1

Registration Registration, tea, coffee & biscuits in the Atrium Cafe area at 09:00 - 09:30

Conference sessions start at 09:30 - Room G.07 and G.07a (parallel sessions).

Morning & afternoon breaks will be included as well as a sandwich lunch all taken in the Atrium Cafe area.

Conference Day 1 will end at approx. 17:30

Your badge will detail 'C' denoting your place at the Conference.

Conference Dinner

The Dinner will be held in the famous Edinburgh Caves.

A cash bar will be available from 19:15 - Dinner served at 20:00

The Dinner and Wine has very kindly been sponsored by Google.

Your badge will detail 'CD' denoting your place at the Conference dinner.

Thursday 22nd March - Conference Day 2

Conference sessions start at: 09:30

Conference Day 2 will end at approx: 17:00

NOTE: For both Conference Days we shall have Table Tops (in the Atrium Cafe area): O'Reilly providing discounts on their books, Google, SuSE, Opengear, Bytemark, Monitis, Riverbed Technology Ltd. and Open Rights Group.

Puppet Camp - Friday 23rd March

Registration Registration / Breakfast from 08:15 in the Atrium Cafe Area

The first talk is scheduled for 09:00 in Room G.07

Lunch at 12:00 will be taken in the Atrium Cafe area.

The day will end at approx. 17:00

Your badge will detail PC denoting your place at Puppet Camp.
